Is Tanibilet.eu a tour operator?
At Tanibilet.eu we specialize in finding attractively priced flights, hotels and transfers. In accordance with the Act of 24 November 2017 on tourist events and related tourist services, our company does not operate as an organizer of tourist events. We do not sell airline tickets, accommodation, transfers. We only help you find them and organize and book them yourself. Thanks to this, you will save not only time but also money, because a trip on your own will be cheaper than if it involved participating in an organized tourist event. Remember that throughout the entire process we help you from start to finish. We take care of you comprehensively, so if you have any questions, you will need support during the trip, we will be at your disposal.
What does Tanibilet.eu do?
We search for cheap flights, attractively priced accommodation and comfortable transfers. We help you book your entire trip (flights, hotels, transfers) and set off into the world on your own. We will help you organize any trip, to any corner of the world, wherever you can fly, drive, sail. By cooperating with us, you will gain access to discounts on various hotels, apartments, guesthouses.
How is the cooperation with us?
Cooperation with us begins with ordering a specific package from the SERVICES tab: OFFER OF THE DAY, FLIGHT + HOTEL or FLIGHT or HOTEL only. Then, in the case of OFFER OF THE DAY, we help book the flight, hotel and transfer. In the case of dedicated offers, after receiving all the guidelines that are entered during the order, we develop proposals. We send you a ready presentation with specific proposals. If the proposal needs to be corrected, we of course do it and present the final version. After choosing one of the options, we help book flights, hotel and transfer.
What do you help with and what don't you do?
We advise you on how to organize a trip on your own from A to Z (from inspiration, to preparation of specific proposals, to assistance in booking) and provide all support during the trip.
You need to know that we will not purchase tickets on your behalf. We will help you with the process, however, you will make the reservation yourself. We will help dispel any doubts and advise you, at each stage of the booking process. Remember, we are not responsible for errors in your reservations, nor are we responsible for late flights or failure to enter a country. We are not responsible for late or canceled flights. We also do not offer searches for airline tickets purchased under a fare error or through other illegal activities.
Remember, we are not a tour operator or a business facilitating the organization of related travel services, so if you book such a trip yourself with external suppliers of such services, you are not protected by the Tourist Guarantee Fund. Each trip is a trip at your own expense and it is your responsibility to take care of all the appropriate documents and meet the guidelines of the given countries necessary for the trip.
How do I get an initial quote?
If you don’t know how much a trip to a particular place, for a particular period, with different food options, could cost, then use our free TRAVEL PLANNER.
We have prepared this configurator to give you an idea of possible travel costs. Keep in mind that this is only an approximate price based on the average, lowest prices for flights and hotels that we found. The final price will depend on the specific flight (its comfort and the number of connecting flights required) on the given date, as well as on the chosen hotel and its standard. However, we hope that these rough initial prices will be helpful to you in planning your trip. If the initial pricing suits you, we will invite you to place an order through our store, in order to prepare personalized proposals.
What does he get in return for his order?
In exchange for your order, we prepare several flight, accommodation and transfer proposals. We will also help you book the above-mentioned elements yourself with the suppliers of individual travel services and provide full support during your trip. We will also give you access to our discounts on the portal for searching and booking accommodation worldwide. We are with you from the beginning of planning your trip until you arrive home. All this within one placed order for consulting services.
How much do each package cost?
Our packages vary in price, depending on how many people they are ordered for and (for dedicated options: FLIGHT, HOTEL, FLIGHT + HOTEL) whether it will be a trip to a European country or outside a continent. The price of the OFFER OF THE DAY package depends solely on the number of people who will be going on the trip. This is the fee for preparing the proposal and assisting with the booking. This amount is not deducted from the total price of the trip. You can check the detailed prices in our store.
How do I get personalized trip suggestions?
In order to receive personalized proposals, please go to the SERVICES tab and select the service you are interested in: FLIGHT, HOTEL or FLIGHT + HOTEL (comprehensive assistance in organizing the trip). Then choose the intra-continental option (within Europe) or intercontinental option and the range of the number of people who will go on the trip. In the next step, please add the selected package to the shopping cart. After adding to the cart, fill in all the data and choose one of the payment methods (payment by VISA / Mastercard or DOT PAY – bank connection and electronic transfer). After paying for the service, we will prepare the first proposals.
If the received guidelines for the trip are not fully feasible to meet, we will offer the optimal variants of flights, hotels, transfers, which will be closest to your expectations. Purchased packages are non-refundable.
How many proposals will I receive?
Po złożeniu zamówienia przygotujemy pierwsze propozycje. Przygotowujemy do trzech kierunków w ramach jednego zamówienia (jeśli w naszej ocenie będzie to rzadki, skomplikowany kierunek, wówczas w ramach pakietu przygotujemy wyłącznie propozycję na tą jedną destynację, natomiast w przypadku chęci otrzymania trzech różnych opcji, do równie egzotycznych miejsc, wówczas zaproponujemy dopłatę do opcji VIP). Jeśli nic się nie spodoba, to przygotujemy kolejne opcje. Jeśli po wprowadzeniu dwóch poprawek nadal nic nie zostanie przez Was wybrane, to będziecie mieli możliwość skorzystania z dowolnej naszej OFERTY DNIA w ciągu roku od złożenia zamówienia.
What is the waiting time for a trip proposal?
Currently, the average lead time for an individual order is about 3-8 working days.

Will the dedicated offer be at the same promotional price as the OFFER OF THE DAY?
OFFERS OF THE DAY are a good source of inspiration. Keep in mind, however, that they are based primarily on a temporary promotion for a flight offered by an airline and a good price for a hotel. This is a limited-time promotion, so with each OFFER OF THE DAY we inform you that its price is subject to change. The flight covered by the promotion is on a specific date, from the airport indicated in the offer. Any other flight connection is already at a completely different price. So, when we receive a directive from you to prepare a dedicated option, we scour day by day to find the best prices valid for a given date. If, on the date you direct us, the airlines also offer promotions for flights, we will of course take them into account, if not, we will suggest the ones that will be most favorable at that time and select hotel and transfer proposals.
How can I order a ready-made OFFER OF THE DAY?
You can order the DEAL OF THE DAY in two ways.
The first is to click on the link under the selected offer, directing to the SERVICES tab.
The second option is to go to the SERVICES tab and select the OFFER OF THE DAY package, and in the order details indicate the selected offer.
In both cases, it will be necessary to indicate how many people will be traveling. At this stage, you can specify, for example, the age of traveling children or preferences regarding hotel accommodation in the case of a larger group. Then, you should place an order, paying for the consulting service using one of the selected payment methods (VISA / Mastercard or DOT PAY – connection to the bank and electronic transfer). After paying for the service, you will be sent links to book. We will also advise you on how to go through the booking process.
What are the next steps after selecting a specific proposal?
When you choose a specific offer, we will help you book it. We will generate links for you to purchase tickets and help you book a hotel. Your task will be to enter your personal data and make the payment. In the next step, we will answer your questions related to the flight, accommodation and transfer you booked independently. Finally, when you go on your own trip, we are at your disposal in the event of a plane delay, lost luggage or other problems with the airline or hotel.
Why don't you show all the details at once?
We spend several hours of work preparing and searching for personalized advice for you. This involves reviewing many different flight options, accommodation offers offered by a number of suppliers of individual travel services. If we were to reveal all the details right away, our service would make no sense, because we would discover everything we spent several hours of work on.
If I don't like the advice or can't fly, will I get a refund?
We are preparing tips and suggestions for accommodation, flights and transfers, based on the guidelines we have received. If you don’t like anything, you’ll give us your comments and we’ll incorporate them into further proposals. If they are still not the options you are looking for, then you can make one more amendment and get the final proposals. If you still don’t want to decide on any of them, then within a year from the date of ordering you can choose any OFFER OF THE DAY from our website (without making any changes) and we will be happy to help you book it. Then you no longer order anything, just contact us as soon as you like one of our trip proposals and we will help you book it. Packages purchased from us are valid for 12 months.
How long does it take to get a travel offer?
Currently, the average time of fulfilling an individual order is about 5-15 working days. If we do not respond / do not contact, it does not mean that we are not working. We are working and will prepare an offer for you as soon as possible. Please be patient. If the date of your departure is approaching, remember that we will take this into account and prepare an offer for you as a priority.
How can I verify your company?
Details of our company are in the footer and in the terms and conditions (www.tanibilet.eu/regulamin). Our business is registered in Poland. However, the best litmus test of our services are the recommendations of customers and companies for which we have prepared a number of tips. You can find all reviews in the Feedback section or on our fan page fb.com/Tanibilet or on Google. Opinions/recommendations are not moderated, and behind them are real people whom you can contact and ask yourself if it is worth using our services.
Can I receive a VAT invoice for the service provided?
Invoices are issued automatically on the last day of the month for the travel advice service (invoice with VAT 23%).
Can I receive a VAT invoice for my holiday?
Since we are not a tour operator or a provider of related tourist services, we do not issue invoices for flights, accommodation and transfers booked by you. The only invoice you will receive from us is for the travel advice service.
Can I cancel my trip and get a refund of all paid costs?
95% of trips organized independently cannot be canceled. Tickets in the vast majority of cases are non-refundable. However, you must discuss the exact terms of refund with the entity with which you booked your flight, hotel or transfer. We are not a party to the talks regarding a possible refund.
